Kashmir’s Gurez receives fresh snowfall

Under the influence of fresh Western Disturbance, upper reaches in Gurez Monday experienced fresh snowfall, bringing an end to the prolonged dry spell.

An official told that upper reaches including Kilshay Top, Tulail, and nearby villages experienced fresh snowfall.

He said that a weak Western Disturbance is impacting Jammu and Kashmir, and under its influence, light rain and snowfall is expected by tomorrow.

As per the forecast, the weather would remain dry for the next four days from tomorrow morning—(KNO)
