KPDCL’s Power Surcharge Proposal Unjustified : Altaf Malik

Sopore, November 22: PDP leader contested candidate Rafiabad Altaf Malik has strongly criticised the kpdcl’s 20% surcharge on electricity fee during peak hours called the proposal unjustified and blames omar led government instead of come up with relief packages government imposing extra burdens that too in harsh winters when poor particularly poor are battling for survival

“Imposing 20% power fee surcharge during peak hours is totally unjustified at the time when kashmir is under economic crisis and people faces huge losses this year and people are hardly survives,” altaf added.
