The programme was conducted by Dr. Haragopal Venkata Vajjha, Emeritus Professor at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus and former Head of the Department of Statistics at Osmania University.

The workshop provided intensive, hands-on training in both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Participants received practical exposure to SPSS, advanced statistical tools, multivariate analysis, and applied data handling techniques. Research scholars from multiple departments actively took part in the programme, which significantly enhanced their research and analytical skills.

The organisers said such capacity-building initiatives are aimed at strengthening research quality and promoting a culture of rigorous academic inquiry across the university.
