Laigaroo urged party cadre to gearup for upcoming local bodies and assembly electionsCondemns recent attacks in Pahalgam and Shopian

Srinagar, May 19 :::: PDP state secretary and constuiency incharge habba kadal arif laigaroo Exhorting upon the party cadre to gear up for the challenges ahead including preparations for upcoming local bodies and assembly election in Jammu & Kashmir , Laigaroo said that the large participation of voters in recent parliamentary elections and public support in favour of party candidate in srinagar has not only revitalized the party at gross root level but has given due answer to those forces who were making huge voices about the non existence of JKPDP on ground. Laigaroo was speaking in a workers meeting here in khane kah mohalla Habakadal today in which party affairs including future strategy for activities was discussed on thread bare.
Laigaroo further stressed upon the need to put in a strenuous efforts to reach out to the people for resolution of the problems confronting them on daily basis due to the wrong policies and insensitive approach of the present administration under ruling dispensation BJP in Jammu & Kashmir. Expressing serious concern over the restlessness and disillusionment among the people due to the failures of the Govt on all fronts, he said that present administration under BJP rule has increased in miseries of the people and there seems no end to it and there is only one solution to it to have the elected government to reach out to general public on ground for redressal of main issues like , increased un-employment, rise in prices, shortage of electricity including huge electric tariff etc.
Strongly condemning the recent attack on local Panchayat Representative on Shopian and tourists in Yannad Pahalgam Laigaroo said that such incidents are unwarranted and highly condemnable.
