Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha expressed his gratitude to President Smt. Droupadi Murmu for her esteemed presence at the University of Kashmir’s Convocation. He celebrated the achievements of daughters, highlighting their self-confidence, courage, and groundbreaking contributions in education and various fields, emphasizing their role in advancing the UT and promoting women-led development.
