Extending his greetings and best wishes, LG Sinha prayed for the safe journey and spiritual fulfillment of the pilgrims. “I pray for peace and prosperity of the UT of J&K and the well-being of one and all,” he said.

Describing Haj as a divine call and a life-long dream for many, Sinha reiterated the central government’s commitment to ensuring the best possible facilities and arrangements for the pilgrims. “The sacred pilgrimage is a call from the Almighty. The government is dedicated to the well-being of every pilgrim and the sanctity of this spiritual journey,” he added.

The departure marked a moment of emotion and devotion for hundreds of pilgrims and their families gathered at the airport.
