Most parts of Kashmir were lashed by moderate to heavy rains during past 24hrs. Reports of snowfall were also received from some upper reaches.
As per Kashmir Weather, Srinagar recorded 11.4mm rains till 8:30 in the morning. Qazigund, Pahalgam & Kokernag in South Kashmir recorded 22.6mm, 11.8mm & 17.6mm of rains respectively. Talking about North Kashmir,
Gulmarg recorded a mix of snow & rain equivalent to 18.4mm. While as, Kupwara recorded 21.2mm rains in last 24hrs.
Kashmir Weather regarding Jammu division said, Jammu City recorded 16.4mm rains during past 24 hrs. While as, Katra, Bhaderwah, Batote & Banihal recorded 23.4mm, 39.9mm, 45mm & 38.4mm of rains respectively.
Regarding Ladakh UT, he said, Leh recorded 1.4mm rains & a minimum temperature of 1.3 degrees Celsius.
