The Company representatives namely Imtiyaz Ahmad and GH Mohammad visited the office and accepted the violation and pleaded to compound the Case. They provided the written declaration before undersigned in which they mentioned that the violation will not be repeated in future.

The Case was therefore compounded against the payment of RS: 20,000/. In the meanwhile the company was directed to take all such underweight cement bags including the seized stock back to the factory for its repacking as per the declared quantity. (CNS)
