Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha released a book titled ‘Beyond the Frozen Frontiers’, authored by Col Ajay K Raina (Retd), at Raj Bhawan today.

The Lt Governor congratulated the author for his remarkable work on the great warrior and military strategist General Zorawar Singh.He extended his best wishes to the author for his future endeavours.
