Mehbooba and Omar on same page over twin police killings

Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Mehbooba Mufti on Tuesday was grieved over the killings of two policemen in a shootout at SMHS hospital in Srinagar, even as her predecessor and opposition leader Omar Abdullah also expressed his grief over the twin killings.

The two took to social networking site, Twitter to condole the twin killings. Mehbooba wrote on Twitter: “Pained to hear that two more brave policemen lost their lives in an attack in Srinagar today. My heart goes out to their families and loved ones”.

Omar also in his Twitter condolence message wrote:“Two J&K policemen killed by terrorists inside Srinagar’s premier hospital. Heartfelt condolences to the families of Constables Mushtaq & Babar”
