Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) President and former Chief Minister Mehbooba Muti extended his felicitations to people of Jammu & Kashmir in particular and through out the globe on the occasion of Nauroz. Ms Mehbooba Mufti said that Nauroz e Alam comes with the vitality and freshness of nature and conveys the beautiful message of the green and blooming spring season.

She said this magnificent event is celebrated in many countries around the world where Nauroz is also called the “Alam-Afrooz”, meaning a new day that brightens the world with its arrival.

PDP President hoped that the day will usher the state in a new era of progress and prosperity and people will stand united to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and amity while celebrating the festival.
