The dawn of liberalism took the humanity to a surprise albeit too late to protest the perpetual and eternal crisis in theisis itself. It alienates the inalienable social contribution from personality of man. It in layman’s terms separates the life of daughter from mother , son from his father , brother from his brother not to talk of relatives , neighbours, citizens and above all every human being. It shifts absolute liberty to a person for the affairs of life like what to eat , what to wear , what to say , what to do , whom to marry , whom to like , how to earn , how to spend etc. As one liberal proponent concluded” A man in gutter shall be left where he’s it’s none’s headache to bring him out “. This order weakened the moral and sacred link of pious relationship of family and converted them to machine like transactions based on transfer of goods and services. The dress code unacceptable to social norms is part and parcel of liberal tradition where no one even a father is barred to violate the liberty of girl( since it siphoned away child from Girl child ) . It teaches women to stand on one’s feet and openly and vocally criticize the family if it violates the personal liberty. This is ist crisis of our moral support system and Islamic Jurisprudence. As is the case in Saudi Arabia where women’s fled to countries like Canada and US alleging conservative stance of family. They mistakenly believe that liberalism would glorify there career apart from knowing the fate of Mia Khalifa and Nadia Ali. This link has laid a new established norm of Choices marriage where none other than couple involving has a say which is totally unislamic and immoral.
Societies thrive on certain distinguished attributes. They are common and aren’t bound by religion , race ,caste ,sex like barriers. These attributes are common heritage of mankind. They are of immense significance ,for they distinguish us from wild animals. As Aristotle maintained”Man is a social animal”. It’s meaning is amply clear. Society looks after needs of social participants. it provides them care and nourishment. The principles which govern them if violated attract social boycott. Those members are punished as per set norms and rules. Means to say the evolutionary makeup of society is based on well set rules and regulations for harmonious functioning. What if the wild animal like activity is repeated in so called Scientific age. 21st century is overstated as the rational age of humanity where individual right and dignity superceds all things in common. But the horrific crimes against humanity especially molestation of women and their subsequent murder is a mimicry of our worth as human beings. In the backyard of j and k , a minor girl from lolab was abducted on 29th March by some locals and They tortured the child in wild manner and kept her in the Firewood shed to undercover the incident. This incident traumatised the family and they went on searching only after to get inside firewood shed the rosy but dead body of Martyr girl. Whenever one thinks about the horrific murder of barley 8 years child in a desperate situation , the whole mystery of humanistic principles seems lost in steam.
The social standards of Kashmir are having paralysis. The political instability and the subsequent episodes which had cloven the valley have let reign a wave of stress , gloom , despair , drug addiction, gambling et al as pastimes to serve ones life. It’s by far the only region in India in particular and whole world in general where anarchy is norm of the day. The habituality of supporting everyone has led to chaos in our valley. Be it the politician or the separatists the people are seeing cloven like the security guards. This lack of uniformity and uniqueness left a clear void in the confirmation of ideals which stand as recognition of civilization. To a layman’s understanding the USA recognized liberal tradition as ideal where in recent past “ A woman married legally with her pet dog” and the reaction of neitzens was as if something excited happened which ought to be adopted and implemented in legal way. But the concern of ours in this case is worrisome. We stand on the crossroad of Liberalism and Islam. We want to remain Muslims with a way of life like liberal which is antagonistic in nature. To a liberal tradition there is nothing wrong in sexual fantasy of father and daughter between themselves but to an Islamic Jurisprudence there is moral code of stoning man to death. So to say the fault line of consensus vs forceful the standard code of conduct has to evolved otherwise mere protests always calm after a slew of stone pelting incidents. The killing of Budgam girl and the mother of sopore isn’t the individual fault but the collective failure of social consciouness with absolute lack of Islamic Jurisprudence leaving scope for our youth to commit attrocity. As per saying” Those who make you believe absurdity makes you commit attrocity”. The present state of Kashmir lacks moral and Islamic code of conduct for a recognition of everyone’s Rights including the sisters and mothers for safe and secure living. Let not believe absurdity and let save ourselves to commit Attrocity.
What will happen and what shall we expect when our psychosis has surpassed the imagination of perverted reality beyond the point of expectations. Mom murdered by son. Oh my goodness. We as a society are at loss and consistent failure strategy along the strings of society. Oh mom we are jus being without human qualities. Humane, human and being are at stark contrast now. Whenever the essence of our existence dies an unnatural death we are left with a bundle of organs ill of moralistic content where right and wrong gets converted into true false based on commercialization of principles. Untill and unless ethics becomes guiding power for society there is gonna be repetition of such infamous incidents day in and day outout. Mourning budgam. Sorry sister we have lost ourselves. The horrific killing of kashmir from central Kashmir to North Kashmir is nothing but one of the step of steep failed ladder. We as a human being Ist and the Muslims in religious asect must introspect such heinous tragedies and reassess our life style for their elimination in future. Rather we should be ready to face the brunt of heavy Punishment from Almighty Allah which needs no bounds. The sooner we awake the better it will be for prospect of Muslim ummah. The Budgam episode should not only kept us down in dumps but prove as an example to be kept away from our society. Islam has provided solution to every problem which crepts the society but our preferences halts their realisation in literal world. May Allah guide us towards true path ……..
