Mudasir Karim urges for adequate facilities on Arbaeen

Srinagar, Sept 16: Urging the government to put in place all the arrangements tomorrow on 17th Sept 2022 for felicitation of mourners on the Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) also called as Arbaeen , JKPC General Secretary Organisation Mudasir Karim has said that Arbaeen is being organised across the world and in Srinagar, the largest processions are going to be held in Zadibal, Chatabal, Bemina, Hassanabad etc in which a large number of mourners will participate across the valley.
Mudasir said that this day commemorates the supreme sacrifices of Imam Hussain (AS) for social justice and strengthening of Islam based on his principles. He said that on this day government should ensure adequate sanitation, supply of power, water and medical facilities including proper security  & traffic management for the convenience of the public and their smooth movement.
