SRINAGAR 08 Aug : A man died on Saturday after falling from a walnut tree while plucking walnuts in the Uri area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Officials said the incident occurred in Pawadan village of Uri when the man lost his balance and fell from the tree.
He was rushed to Sub-District Hospital Uri for treatment, where doctors declared him brought dead.

The deceased was identified as Ashiq Hussain, 35, son of Ghulam Hassan Awan, a resident of Pawadan, Uri.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident.
