North Kashmir : One dead, another injured after high-voltage wire falls on truck in Sopore

A man died and another was injured after a high-voltage wire fell on their vehicle in Brath village of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday.

Reports said an 11KV live transmission wire fell on a moving truck in Brath today morning, electrocuting one person to death and leaving another injured.

The deceased was identified as Waheed Ahmad, while the injured person was identified as Gulzar Ahmad. Both hail from Zaloora area of Sopore.
