Srinagar, 1 Oct : Patiala House Court in New Delhi today granted an extension to members of parliament MP and Awami Ithad Party chief Er Rashid’s interim bail until October 12, 2024.

AIP spokesperson Inam-un-Nabi speaking to the news agency—Kashmir Bulletin said the court has extended the interim bail of its party president till 12 October.
He said, the Member Parliament from Baramulla was initially required to surrender on October 3 in Central Jail Srinagar.
Patiently, on September 10 Court granted bail to MP Rashid for 22 days till 2 October, which was extended today till October 12.
