A Sub-Committee of Press Council of India (PCI) is scheduled to visit Jammu and Ladakh from 22 September to 26 September 2017 to examine the issues relating to the media.
The Sub-Committee headed by S N Sinha with its Members Prakash Dubey and Dr Suman Gupta during their visit will be meeting the representatives of media owners, editors and working journalists in Jammu on 22 September 2017.
The PCI team is also scheduled to meet the editors and working journalists from Rajouri and Poonch at Rajouri on 23 September 2017 and at Leh on 24 and 25 September 2017.
Associations of media owners, editors and working journalists desirous of meeting the Sub-Committee are requested to submit the names of their office bearers with other details in the office of Joint Director Information Jammu by 21 September 2017.
