A Power Development Department (PDD) worker was injured on Sunday after receiving an electric shock in Nowshera area of Srinagar, officials said.
An official said that a PDD worker was injured after he received an electric shock at Nowshera, Srinagar.

He said the worker was critically injured and was taken to hospital for treatment.
He was identified as Bashir Ahmad Sofi (38), a resident of Ganderbal.
