Baramulla police organized one day synergy seminar with Imams of various mosques of District Baramulla to address the concern of drug abuse within the community.

The effort aimed to seek the cooperation of Imams to make Baramulla a drug-free district. It was proposed that during Friday prayers, a few minutes be dedicated to raising awareness about the dangers of drug abuse.

This initiative is part of the police’s outreach program to engage with community leaders and seek their support in combating social evils. By joining hands with Imams, the police hopes to reach out to a larger audience and create a societal movement against drug abuse.
