Pattan 14 Oct : Continuing its efforts to curb the menace of drugs from the society, Police has arrested a drug peddler in Pattan and recovered contraband substance from his possession.
Official Sources Told that Police Post Palhallan On Specific input Established a Nakka near Hamray on national highway, Found a man suspicious things.
Acting Swiftly On the directions of SDPO Pattan Mohmmad Nawaz Khanday Do Palhallan Sub insp. Aaeraf Tactfully Caught the Accused with charis like substance.
Subsequently police arrested the Drug peddler identified as Asif Ah. Bhat S/O Abdul Salam Bhat a resident of Anderkoot Sumbal and registered a case under relevant sections of law, also started further investigations in this regard.
