A policeman was arrested on Saturday for allegedly taking pictures of a woman in Ganderbal district of central Kashmir.

Reports said that the cop was caught by a woman after noticing him taking her pictures on Manigam bypass road.

The copy is said to be posted with an IRP battalion in the district.

A senior police official told Greater Kashmir that a woman approached police station Ganderbal with a complaint that a policeman took her pictures while she was standing at Manigam bypass.

“We have arrested the cop and a case has been registered in this regard and further investigations have been taken up,” the police official said.
