ROC J&K offices have taken cognisance of the fraudulent company by the name and style of CurativeSurvey Private Limited and have started probing into the conduct of its business after the news report of this company duping people of crores surfaced.
Shri Sudhir Liladhar Phaye, ROC Jammu issued letters seeking the details for scrutiny and directed the office staff to swing into full action against this Channi Himat based company whose directors are from Tamil Nadu.
Earlier in the day, Haamid Bukhari, Dy ROC J&K cum Official Liquidator & Incharge of Kashmir valley for the Ministry of corporate affairs, ROC Srinagar spoke at length about the actions taken in concert with the Cyber Police Kashmir. He was quoted as saying that he has also spoken to DIG Crime Branch and his Jammu office has shared the relevant KYC details with the Police authorities to go for further probe to expose the modus operandi with which this company collected money from the public.
In the meanwhile, the Cyber police has conducted several raids yesterday at multiple places.
