Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday delivered the keynote address at the Vishwagram’s International Symposium held at SKICC Srinagar.

In his address, the Lt Governor spoke about a new vision of a rising Jammu and Kashmir that is peaceful, fear-free, prosperous, united, and empowered by India’s rapid progress.
Highlighting the administration’s commitment to peace and prosperity, he reiterated the strong resolve to dismantle the terror ecosystem and uphold the values of justice and equity.
The Lt Governor further said that the government is determined to strengthen socio-economic development and turn the dreams of the youth into reality
