The role of teacher in society has been considered very important because he is the central person of any education system, making his disciple extraordinary from ordinary, developing his understanding and knowledge, motivating and guiding him. Tax helps in the upliftment and progress of the society. That is, it is the teacher who represents the social change and becomes the vehicle of social change. “The role of teacher in society is that of education and knowledge provider.it occurs. In this role the teacher plays an important role in developing the human mind. In this way he guides us in the right direction.” The top role of the teacher in our country as an agent of social change was important in the past and still is today. If we look at ancient India, we find that in the then India Acharyas like Vashistha, Sandipan, Vishwamitra, Dronacharya played an important role in bringing changes in the social system. A learned Acharya like Chanakya even scolded Chandragupta Maurya. He played an important role in building a united India. Only a great teacher can accomplish such extraordinary work. The teacher has a leading role in the society even today with some ups and downs. In modern times, teachers like Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan presented high ideals. Teacher’s Day is celebrated every year in our country on 5th September to commemorate his birthday.
The role of teacher in society is that of education and knowledge provider. In this role the teacher plays an important role in developing the human mind.plays. In this way he guides us in the right direction. Education gives us the right direction and thus education becomes helpful in eradicating many kinds of evils, discrepancies etc. from the society. If we look at the history of the world, we will find that civilization has been created by the hands of those great masters and educationists, who have the ability to think for themselves, who enter the depths of time and space, find out their secrets and The knowledge gained in this way is used for the welfare of the people. Iss for society What could be more important the role of a teacher. The teacher does not only explain the facts, principles and formulas related to education to his students, but he also motivates his disciples to research the truth by enriching them at the ideological level and also prepare them to face the upcoming challenges. The teacher not only makes us powerful by giving us knowledge, he also gives us perfection. It is not without reason that Maharishi Aurobindo has designated teachers as the astute gardeners of the nation’s culture.did. His thought regarding teachers is invaluable – “Teachers are the clever gardeners of the nation’s culture. They fertilize the roots of the sanskaras and create them by irrigating them with their labour.” Maharishi Arvind did not hesitate to believe that the real builders of a nation are the teachers of that country. It is clear that teachers not only play a leading role in building a developed, prosperous and happy country, but they also play an important role in world building. It would not be inconsistent to say that Teachers are the real architects of the society. Just as a craftsman carves stones and gives them a beautiful shape, in the same way a teacher makes his disciples a good citizen by making them a good citizen, who create a society and bring positive change in it. The truth is that well-educated children make the concept of ‘world light’ a reality. They not only make their society light, but they also illuminate the whole world. It ensures its contribution according to the needs of the society.of light. The culture of education saves them from distortions. Teachers lay the foundation stone for making a child’s life successful right from childhood. Provides a strong foundation, which provides the strength to move forward. Standing on this foundation, they get the distinction of becoming the builders of family, society, country and the world. It is only through teachers that we get purposeful education, which makes it possible to build a beautiful and civilized society. It is from the teachers that we get that social and educational knowledge, which is useful for the society. It helps in providing direction. Where we get inspiration from teachers to inculcate high moral values in life, while all three types of physical, social and spiritual education get purposeful and balanced. On the strength of this education, a good ‘world citizen’ comes in front of the society. It is through the teacher that compassion, love and superior traditions develop in the disciples and this gives meaning to education, because these are the ingredients, which are considered necessary for meaningful education. these qualities of education Children get amazing power to bring positive change in the society through mind, word and deed.
The education received from teachers not only makes children ‘Total Quality Persons’, but also helps in making them self-reliant and self-reliant. This makes their future happy and secure. They contribute immensely in nation building by becoming doctors, engineers, economists, lawyers, judicial and administrative officers. In this way, the role of teachers is very important at two levels. AndHe not only makes his disciples self-reliant by giving knowledge, discretion and employable education, but also provides valuable capital of life values to make them a good human being. If the teacher does not discharge his role properly, then our society will be covered with the tamas of ignorance and discrepancies and distortions start increasing in the society. Society should be down. It is through education that the teacher develops that wisdom in his disciples, which helps him to take the right decision. If this is not the conscience, then the person will make a wrong decision. Not only does it misguide itself, but it also causes the family, society, country and the world to lead towards destruction. This is a state of destruction and destruction. The teacher saves us from this situation and saves the society from going down by giving us the understanding and wisdom to take the right decisions. It would be ironic to say that in today’s era, the respect of the students towards the teachers who are the agents of social change has decreased. This is a dangerous trend. On the other hand, there is also a lack of morality among the teachers in the field of education Professionalism has also spread. This has increased the wealth of teachers and today’s teacher is not able to live up to the criterion for which we like the masters of ancient India and Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan of modern India. Remember the teachers. For good results, it is necessary that while the disciple maintains his reverence towards the teachers, the teacher should set an example with his virtue and dedication.
We have to remember that till we do not give important place and respect to the teacher in the society.till then they will not be able to function as effective representatives of social change. In such a situation, it is necessary that we give respect to the teachers and the governments should increase their respect by improving their service conditions. In this context, teachers will also have to introspect and earn social respect through their honest conduct. The responsibility of positive social change rests with the teacher. By becoming its carrier, he is engaged in social upliftment. The truth is that due to the best guidance of teachersIt is only through this that the establishment of divine civilization on earth is possible. This is the reason that in our Sanatani culture, Guru is considered superior to Govind. An ideal teacher deserves respect and reverence. The teachers who lay the foundation of a beautiful, civilized and cultured society are undoubtedly worthy of respect and faith.
