In a notice issued on Tuesday, the RTO said citizens facing any issue, grievance, or requiring assistance related to RTO services should send complete details via WhatsApp to 9622002432.

The office assured that every effort will be made to resolve issues within 48 hours. If additional information or documents are needed, applicants will be informed through a WhatsApp reply.

The public has been requested to use the WhatsApp facility and avoid unnecessary visits during the heatwave, reads the statement.
