The State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) on Thursday successfully rescued six individuals who found themselves stranded in the midst of tumultuous weather conditions on Manasbal Lake in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.

Official sources said, the six individuals were enjoying a boat ride on the serene Manasbal Lake when an unexpected bout of gusty winds swept over the area, causing panic and distress. Recognizing the urgency of the situation, the SDRF swiftly mobilized its quick reaction teams to initiate a daring rescue operation.
