Secretary, Health and Medical Education, Bhupinder Kumar today conducted extensive tour of Udhampur and took stock of major ongoing projects of the department including construction of new Government Medical College in the district.
The Secretary along with Deputy Commissioner, Saloni Rai, inspected various sections of the Government Medical College Udhampur and Associated Hospital and assessed the recent specialised surgeries performed in the institution along with the position of existing staff strength.The Secretary visited the construction sites of the 200-bedded district hospital and the makeshift building of GMC Udhampur.
