In a major political development that is bound to have far reaching consequence in upcoming DDC elections in Central Kashmir, Hakim Mohammad Yasin, Senior political leader of J&K ,who served as five times MLA of erstwhile J&K state legislative assembly from Khansahib and 3 times as a senior minister in the cabinet of various governments of erstwhile J&K state and who is currently serving as a founder and chairman of People’s Democratic Front (PDF), a major sub regional political party from Central Kashmir today announced his support to Javed Ahmad Beigh, the young and dynamic politician from Beerwah for the upcoming DDC elections.
Javed Ahmad Beigh today called upon Hakim Mohammad Yasin at his residence to talk about the upcoming DDC elections as well as issues of public concern in Budgam district. The meeting was attended by many local community leaders including those from Gujjar & Bakarwal community as well as many mid level party leaders of PDF. The prominent among them were Bashir Ahmad Chewdari , Bashir Ahmad Gampori , Abdul Rashid Kralnew etc .At the end of the meeting, Hakim Mohammad Yasin declared and pledged his support to the candidature of Javed Ahmad Beigh from Beerwah territory of Budgam DDC. The Beerwah territory comprises of four blocks, namely Beerwah, Khag , Rathson & Narbal. Hakim Mohammed Yasin praised social, political and intellectual endeavors of Javed Ahmed Beigh. Hakim Mohammad Yasin said that he is fully confident of the ability of Javed Beigh to serve the needs of the people of Beerwah with full honesty and integrity.
Javed Ahmed Beigh thanked Hakim Yasin Mohammad for his support to his candidature from Beerwah territory of Budgam DDC election.Javed admired the tall stature and political leadership of Hakim Mohammed Yasin in serving the people of Khansahab. Javed Ahmed Beigh added that he is a great admirer of Yasin Sahab’s good governance and development model in Khansahib constituency, which he reiterated should be replicated in entire Budgam district as well as Kashmir valley. Further, Javed Ahmed Beigh appreciated the fact that despite being a representative of Khansahib constituency, Hakim Mohammed Yasin has always spoken and worked for the welfare of the people of entire Budgam district.
The meeting ended on a cordial note and both Hakim Mohammed Yasin and Javed Ahmed Beigh vowed to work together for the welfare of the people of entire Budgam district.
