Actress Shikha Malhotra, who starred opposite Sanjay Mishra in the film ‘Kaanchli’ last year, has been admitted to Cooper Hospital in Mumbai after she got a major stroke and suffered from paralysis. Now, recently a picture was uploaded to her Instagram profile by her publicist Ashwani Shukla, revealing how the actress suffered a paralysis stroke on the night of 10 December.

For the unversed, Shikha is also a certified nurse and during the time of the pandemic, she served as a frontline warrior. And while she was serving the patients, she herself became a victim of the virus in October and after recovering, she was discharged from the hospital on October 22. ( TOI )
