Srinagar, Aug 28 : Sheikh Gowher Ali, a respected businessman who was also the former secretary of KCC&I , has officially joined the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). The announcement was made today in the presence of PDP President, Mehbooba Mufti, during a significant event in Srinagar.
