J&K Awami National Conference is Shocked to see democratic norms being consigned to dust with every single passing day in kashmir. Hiding behind Covid protocol to disallow youth convention of PDP is condemnable & highly regrettable. Dil ki Doori moving at breakneck speed.
This was stated by the ANC spokesperson in a press statement in srinagar today after the local administration disallowed a legally & democratically called public exercise in violation of the Constitutional guarantees citing flimsy & unacceptable grounds. These actions of insane authority are the creators of unrest with our youth who are then forced to the walls & finally vent their frustrations through unlawful unsolicited means.
This type of governance has to stop, the ANC spokesperson said.
Let their be no bar in expressing one’s views & let such actions by the people in power give up for ushering in a better tomorrow for our youth who see their future dark.
The LG, his administration as well as the central authorities should ponder over such actions being taken in kashmir that are stifling the basic tenants of the Constitution of this country.
