Srinagar, Dec 5, K Pen: Jammu & Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has raised concern over the administrative functioning of SKIMS, stating that the premier medical institution currently operates outside the decision-making authority of the elected government.

“Unfortunately, SKIMS is not in the control of the elected government. Files don’t come to us, and we are unable to take decisions related to the institution,” the Chief Minister said.
