Srinagar, Mar 23 : Srinagar Net Tech Private Limited (SNTPL) is looting customers by sending bills of high rate with no speed, allege customers.
“The company at a time of agreement said that on lease line you will have speed of 1 MBPS and you have to pay Rs 1600 but on ground speed is just 128 KBPS and are charging same amount,” they said.
“When they are asked about same, they are just saying lame excuses to get the amount,” they added.
“If there is no speed I fail to understand what are we being charged for,”
Another customer said that I paid seven thousand rupees at the time of starting connection but I am surprised to find an inflated bills when there is just 1/4th of speed as mentioned at the time of getting connection.
Several customers said that they were hoping the charges will be as per speed but it is irony that we are being asked to pay as per speed of 1 MBPS when it is just 128 KPBS.
Customers have requested authorities to take action against the company for charging more when their services are very poor.
Besides that customers alleged that they are not behaving well with the subscribers.
