Advanced Technologies has made people passive entertainers, Although it has helped us hitherto. But as we know that excessive use of everything is always catastrophic, We have become indolent, we sit instead of participating, we ride instead of walk, which has affected the health of people. Thus there is a great need of sports education, sports education supports us in eradicating the apathy within us, by sports education, an individual gets acquainted with the knowledge about how to keep his/her body physically fit, mentally balanced, and socially well-adjusted, If you want so, then you must participate in any sport, weather its cricket, football etc. By participating in various sports your body will start functioning smoothly.
If we don’t take part in sports or do less exercises then we will become unconditional, We will gain weight as well as fat will occupy our heart and liver due to which, breathing will be elusive for us and we can not survive without breathing. Technology has invented the Mobile phones which indeed has a lot of advantages but it has limitless disadvantages, our youth have became porn addicted, online games have disturbed their mental health and no doubt physical health as well.According to my opinion online games and much more that a phone can do negatively have made young generation social anxiety patients. If we don’t advise them well then It will bring us in chaotic situations in the future.
Heart Attacks, depression, paralysing, blindness and many more life taking diseases will become common if we keep ignoring the sports and activities.
Moreover, with the help of sports we can create a friendly environment with different countries. As a result, wars may not happen, no one will get attacked. And by this world peace shall prevail. Sports is the only medicine with no side effects, to stay away from doctors all you need to do is to stay attached with physical activities.
The main objective of physical activities is to maintain the physical ability and to provide enjoyment to participants.
Covid-19 pandemic took the lives of millions of people around the world, but have you ever thought about why among millions of dead people there were only few sports persons? Have you ever wondered why It’s hard for a sports person to get involved in any dangerous diseases, and if somehow they get involved in it, how do they recover themselves from it in less than a year? The answers of these questions are in the questions, they never suffer such conditions and if they suffer then not for a long period of time because they are sports persons, which means they do exercises every coming day in their lives which have made their body ready to fight against every disease, sports have made their immune system strong. Their sports education has suggested to them the right meal as well as the right time for taking the meal. Hence there is greater need for sports education, In elementary schools students must be taught sports education along with their respective subjects. Never let advanced Technology ruin the future of your child, teach them sports education so that they can adjust themselves among society, so that they can beat social anxiety, so that they can become extroverts and develop the courage to face the real problems in everyday lives.
Physical activity prevents almost 4 million early deaths worldwide each year. At least 3.9 million early deaths are being averted worldwide every year by people being physically active, according to a new study published in The Lancet Global Health today by researchers at the Universities of Cambridge and Edinburgh, Specifically, Harvard researchers say, inactivity caused an increase in deaths from coronary heart disease, type 2 diabetes, breast and colon cancers and caused more than 5.3 million deaths in 2008 worldwide.
If physical inactivity rates were to go down by even 10% to 20% worldwide, they say, it could save between a half-million and 1.3 million lives each year. Researchers also found that inactivity levels varied widely across the globe, with the lowest levels in Bangladesh (5%) and the highest levels in Malta (71%).
Everybody loves their lives as well as the lives of their family members. Then why are we letting our children swallow the poison by keeping the catastrophic things in their hands such as mobile phones, etc
It wasn’t wrong to give them such things but the problem is they overuse them and shorten their lives, they won’t participate in physical activities, they won’t even feel themselves comfortable among society just because of social anxieties, depression that you have invested in them by letting them over use the technology which have knocked down their wills to participate in sports.
All the games in sports not only make your children mentally or physically fit but also teaches them life lessons, the lessons of unity and respect, the lessons of patience and peace. It teaches them accuracy and it gives them knowledge about achievements and motivation for various fields in their lives. Let’s all stand against the threat created by technology and let’s all bond together and give diseases the defeat and let’s all have better health by participating in sports or exercises.
