SRINAGAR, May 29: Ambassador of Switzerland to India, H.E. Mrs. Maya Tissafi, today called on Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in Srinagar and held discussions on a range of issues of mutual interest.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on strengthening cooperation in areas such as sustainable tourism, horticulture, and allied sectors, with a focus on exploring opportunities for knowledge sharing and development initiatives.

The interaction also highlighted the importance of promoting environmentally sustainable practices and enhancing collaboration in sectors vital to Jammu and Kashmir’s economy.
