Kashmir Valley is renowned throughout the globe for certain reasons, like the lush green forests, lofty snow-clad mountains, carpet-like meadows, clear crystal water, colossal waterfalls, wide range of dense and mesmerizing forests, and tasty water from springs that enhance the beauty of the valley. Kashmir Valley has no other alternative place throughout the world. Almighty Allah has bestowed this much-endowed place with unlimited blessings, and the people of Kashmir Valley are very humble and famous for their hospitality. The seasons are very interesting in Kashmir, as one day up next down. Almighty Allah has showers his blessings on the valley in various aspects, like people who come from all corners of the world and get relaxed here.
There are a number of religious places in Kashmir as well, like Amarnath Cave and various other temples like Shankara Chaariya in Srinagar. People come from all corners of the country and add more spirituality to their faith. The almighty has bestowed every inch on this earth with his blessings, and every place on this earth is important. People from all places and religions are desirous of knowing and want to enjoy every blessing of Allah (swt).
In this article, I would like to explore the season of autumn in Kashmir. As we are well aware, there are four seasons in Kashmir Valley, like summer from June 21st to September 21st, autumn from September 22nd to December 21st, and winter from December 21st to March 21st. The cycle goes like this throughout the year. All the seasons are famous and have their own importance among the people who know the valley.
Scientifically, we believe that seasons are happening due to the revolution of the earth, as the earth revolves around the sun and completes one revolution within the time period of 365 days and 6 hours. These six hours are added after every four, and we observe a leap year, the year of 365 days. This one day is added to the month of February, so we have a February of 29 days after every four years.
The arrival of autumn
Autumn is one of the most profitable months for farmers, as the cultivation of different crops takes place during this month. Autumn is a very cool and calm season. The leaves of the chinar tree (plane tree) are very sensuous as they start falling down on the earthy surface. The accumulation of snow starts on lofty mountains, which remain for almost the next six months in the form of glaciers. Such glaciers provide water throughout the year to the whole valley, keeping the lofty mountains whitish.
Autumn is very important for the farmers in the valley. Apple plucking starts during this season, and crop cultivation takes place during this season. The people of remote areas are keeping stored fodder for the cattle and taking store of various useful vegetables, pulses, and other materials for the upcoming winters. Autumn is a special time for apple and pear growers because they are rewarded for their six-month labor.
Chinar Bagh and other Mugal gardens witness a huge rush of tourists as they take selfies and photograys at various points during this beautiful season. The department of tourism is taking initiatives for the various tourist festivals from this season to the end of winter. I request that my friends throughout the globe come to Kashmir because this is the right place where you can enjoy your time in a very great way. Let’s pray that Allah showers his blessings upon all of us and keeps our heaven, the Kashmir Valley, safe from evil eyes. The Kashmir Valley is famous for dry fruits like walnuts, almonds, etc. and has a great variety of different types of seasonal vegetables and fruits. The autumn season is considered a crop cultivation season. Farmers in all the areas of Kashmir Valley are hoping that this season will provide them respite and fulfill their livelihoods. Autumn is quite a pleasant, mesmerizing, sensuous, and gorgeous season in Kashmir.
Tourists come here from all corners of the world during this season and enjoy their time, accumulating great memories for longer. The people of Kashmir, including hotels, transporters, and others related to the tourism industry, are very kind and famous for their great hospitality and extending their supportive hands towards the tourists.
Not only outsiders, but the native people of Kashmir too enjoy all the seasons in the Kashmir Valley. As we know, there is immense potential in Kashmir for recreational purposes throughout the year. During the summer, historical trekking places witness a huge rush of local and foreign trekkers. Almighty Allah has bestowed this beautiful bowl valley with unlimited blessings. The Kashmir Valley is safe and has great potential for tourists. This place is quite different in various aspects and opens the doors for lakhs of unemployed youth.
