While condemning the dastardly act the ANC President said, “Death & destruction will not yield any results & violence is no answer to the Kashmir imbroglio “. The vicious cycle of death has devastated our socio-economic conditions & consumed our three generations. It is high time for stopping further bloodshed on the streets of Kashmir. My heartfelt condolences & sympathies are with the bereaved family, begum Khalida Shah said. Condemning the killing, Mr Muzzafar Shah said,
“ the cowardly attack on JKP HC Ali Mohammad Ganaie is senseless & we as a people need to rise in one voice to put an end to this madness. I send my heartfelt condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of the deceased.,” he said.The ANC General Secretary Mir Md Shafi, Provincial President Rahi Riyaz Ahmad, senior leaders Iftikhar Bandey, Deen Md Wani, Raja Iftikhar, Altaf Ahmad Laway, Shabir Ahmad Paddar, Md Lateef Khan, Md Sultan Bhat, Gh Mohiudin Bhat have also condemned the brutal killing and prayed for Magfirat to the deceased & strength to his family in bearing this irreparable loss.
