If the BJP is really concerned about the welfare of Muslim women, its feelings of benevolence and sympathy should be reflected in its attitude towards the entire community and not only towards a particular section.

Is the government mistaken or it’s misleading. The Supreme Court had found the practice of TRIPLE TALAQ unconstitutional but the Same Supreme Court by a majority judgement never asked the government to frame a law regarding the same, than what is the intention of BJP for too much propaganda and passing a bill when there are personal laws of Muslims to govern there daily religious affairs..
BJP by neglecting the most vital aspects which is ruining India from the past several years be it increasing cases of Rapes, corruption, injustice with minorities, mob lunching, hate speech, bad influence of media and so on and so forth. These were the burning issues which needs government’s paramount consideration first to save the nation including minorities as well..
The TRIPLE TALAQ BILL is Draconian, a civil matter is converted into a criminal offence and the husband is sent to jail for 3 years. It’s anti women and anti children as there is no mention of maintenance. It’s anti social which will not improve the conditions of Muslim women but will add misiries to their lives. The TRIPLE TALAQ BILL aims to disintegrate the Muslim community and will put a break over their progress and prosperity which is the sole motive of RSS ideology..
The spirit of democracy demands equal treatment of law to all,but here is different punishments for the same offence. If a Hindu deserted his wife one year punishment for him but if a Muslim husband pronounces triple talaq three years punishment for him which itself violates the basic provisions of Article 14 of the constitution, where is the slogan of equality and equal protection of law?..
RSS has been always anti Muslim in action, the recent ban on Friday prayers for Muslim community in Noida UP is the clear proof of their intentions towards Muslim community. The constitution of India provides freedom of religion and to adopt and promote any religion it’s the same constitution which provides us to assemble peacefully anywhere. Friday prayers are once in a week that too for maximum 40 minutes.. Prayers had never created any law and order problems anywhere, interfering in one’s religious affairs is not the ideal of welfare state..
In a welfare state government is neither religious nor anti religious but it’s irreligious,unfortunately here the government has forgotten its welfare measures and have taken more interest in religious matters by suppressing the minorities which we have witnessed under the leadership of BJP RSS in UP…
Empowering Muslim women by sending their husband behind the bars and left them and their children on the mercy of God is not empowering them rather it’s depriving them of their basic necessities..
If the government are serious in Muslim women empowerment give them enough reservation in parliament, state assemblies, public posts, government jobs.Keep reservation for them at National and at state level, keep a friction of budget for their development which you use for vote bank politics in elections, make strict laws and favorable working conditions for them by stopping rapid growth of rapes, eye teasing, shocking killings and mob lunching of minorities, make them self sufficient rather than dependent, else don’t play the minority card to save your sinking boat in 2019 elections under the grab of triple talaq bill by befooling the nation once again..
