Ganderbal, Jul 31: Three persons sustained injuries in a road accident in Kangan area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Friday morning.
The mishap occured when a Xylo cab on way from Kargil to Srinagar hit an electric pole near Hayan bridge in Kangan. Immediately after the incident, local residents, along with rescue teams, rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to the Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Kangan for prompt medical treatment.

Hospital sources said all three injured persons are currently undergoing treatment.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated an investigation to determine the exact cause of the accident.
