Jammu and Kashmir Police on Thursday booked three persons under Public Safety Act (PSA) for being involved in anti-national activities in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
A Police spokesperson said that “Acting tough against ANEs Baramulla Police booked three persons namely Tawseef Ahmad Parray @ Gasha S/O Ghulam Hassan R/O Andergam Pattan, Ghulam Mohammad Lone @ Gulla S/O Ghulam Ahmad R/O Lachipora Uri & Shahzad Ahmad Malik @ Shad Ponz S/O Ghulam Ahmad R/O Singhpora Pattan under Public Safety Act after obtaining formal detention orders from the competent Authority.”
“The booked persons have been detained and subsequently lodged in Central Jail Kot-Balwal Jail Jammu”, he said.
Pertinent to mention that many cases are registered against these persons and were involved in anti-national activities. Despite their involvement in many FIR’s they did not mend their anti national activities.
