In view of heavily rainfall going on almost all along the NHW, intermittent snow fall in Qazigund-Jawahar Tunnel, Nowgam-Jawahar Tunnel sectors and occurring of landslide/shooting stones at Marog and other places, Srinagar-Jammu National Highway closed for movement of traffic keeping in view the safety/security of the commuters.
Therefore, any decision regarding allowing the movement of traffic on the NHW or otherwise shall be taken tomorrow (25.02.2018) after assessing weather and road condition.
