Today a memorial prayer meet was organised by RMK Arts & Research Foundation with the support of J& K Academy of art Cultural Languages Jammu at new complex Abhinav theatre canal Road Jammu to pay tributes to the departed soul, which saw people from different walks of life and paying their homage to the Tabla mestro Pt.Krishen langoo. Veteran Singer Smt. Kailash mehra sadhu, Famous Singer and teacher Smt Suniana Kaul, Composer and Singer Mr Waheed Jeelani from Kashmir All Musicians famous Actor and chereographer Smt Anju Dullo ,Singer Sh Ramesh nirash Senior Producer & Director Sh Sudesh Verma ji All employees of J&K Academy of art culture & Languages Jammu attended the prayer meet to pay their tributes, and also shared their memories of the Tabla maestro Anil Kaul,
While paying his tribute to the late music legend. Most Senior & Famous Music Composer Pt. Kishen langoo said, I’m sad and deeply pained by Anil Koul,s death, apart from a great Tabla maestro he was a human par excellence who had love for all,I was associated to him near about more than 40 years I have never seen such a great Rythumist he was the best one and he was like a part of my family member he was liked by any religion, culture or individuals. I was shocked when I got to know of his demise, and I pray to god to give strength to his family .
Paying tribute to Tabla maestro legendary Singer Smt Kailash mehra Sadhu said This is really unbelievable that destiny has snatched this year such a great legends like Saint of Santoor Pt.Bajan Sopori ji , Veteran Actor & Theatrist Upinder Khushoo ji ,I was deepnly shocked to know untimely Demise of Our J&k’s best teacher and Tabla maestro Anil ji
He was beyond just a musician or human and I must say he was a living legend in true sense with so much energy, love and care for one and all.
He was someone who never believed in any one religion but in one identity of God, whoever it was.
He believed in Humanism. He always used to say that the only prime truth is that we are human beings and everything comes after that.
Losing such a divine soul is a huge loss to the entire Music fraternity.

I’m sad and deeply pained by Anil jis death, apart from a great musician he was a par excellence Tabla player and a good teacher also we did lot of concerts and recordings when he was in Srinagar, Today i am not only paying tributes to Great Artist but i am tributing on behalf of all Music fraternity from Kashmir every Artist from Kashmir is In deep shock on his untimely dimise, He had love for all, be it any religion, culture or individuals. His dimise is a great loss to the music field…

I have been associated with Tabla maestro Anil ji more than 30 He has left a big void in the field of music and has left us shocked and saddened. It will be impossible to get anyone who can parallel heart rendering Rhythm He had obtained excellance in classical, light, Devotional Music Hewill be remembered as one of the greatest Rythumist of our J&K
