Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Sunday said that the Tulip Garden in Srinagar, known as Asia’s largest, is already bursting with colours even though it is still about a week away from full bloom.

In a post on X, Abdullah said he got a sneak preview of the garden earlier in the day and expressed admiration for its vibrant appearance.

“The garden is still 7–8 days away from its full bloom but it’s already bursting with colour. The garden looks amazing,” he wrote.

The Chief Minister also lauded the efforts of the gardeners and officials of the Floriculture Department for maintaining the garden and preparing it ahead of the blooming season.
