Two injured after JCB turns turtle while clearing snow in Shopian

Two persons were injured when a JCB turned turtle while clearing snow in Awneera village of Zainapora belt in south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Monday.

Quoting officials, news agency reported that both the injured were shifted to a nearby hospital in an unconscious state where their condition is stated to be stable.

The injured were identified as Arshid Malla and Gayas Ahmad. Both have received injuries in their limbs.

According to locals, the injured were taken to hospital on a stretcher as the road was still not motorable due to snow accumulation. ( KNO )
