Udhampur Police installs anklet GPS tracking Device to monitor movement of accused on interm bail

Udhampur Police today installed GPS Tracker Device (Anklet) to monitor the accused movement who is on interm bail issued vide order dated 27-12-2023 passed by the Court of Ld. 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu (NIA Court) . The GPS tracker anklet is a wearable device affixed around the ankle of the person to monitor and track his movement.

As per the detail of the case FIR No. 97/2022 was registered in Police Station Udhampur under sections 17,18,39 and 40 of UAPA readwith Sections 121 and 122 IPC, accused namely Khursheed Ahmed S/O Mohd. Abdullah R/O Motla, Dessa, District Doda had applied for bail.
