Ukraine President Zelenskyy says Western ‘partners’ sending weapons; Russia claims capturing Melitopol

Ukrainian forces are trying to hold the Russians at bay on the outskirts of capital Kyiv. US has announced sanctions on several Russian business entities and individuals, including President Putin and foreign minister Lavrov.
