Vigilance Awareness Week unites officials, citizens at Jammu headquarters

In a bid to foster integrity, transparency and accountability in both the public and private sectors, a meeting was convened by Additional Deputy Commissioner, Ansuya Jamwal at district headquarters today. The meeting brought together members of the civil society and government officials as part of Vigilance Awareness Week.

“The aim of our gathering is to illuminate the dire need to combat corruption and unethical practices. It’s imperative that we educate and involve the public in our shared mission against corruption,” stated the ADC, underlining the importance of public participation in the fight against malpractices.The meeting was held as part of a series of events being held as part of the ongoing Vigilance Awareness Week. With a strong emphasis on educating and involving the public in the fight against corruption, the event underscored the pivotal role of vigilance and ethical behaviour in the quest to construct a better society.Those present at the meeting include Assistant Commissioner General, Manisha besides Revenue Department staff and other officials as well.
