Under the influence of a weak Western Disturbance, light rain/snow is possible at many places in Kashmir region during the next 12hrs. Moderate snowfall is also possible at a few places in higher reaches.
Another Western Disturbance is likely to affect the UT from 02 Feb afternoon onwards. Light to moderate rain/snow is possible in Kashmir till 03 Feb.
On 03 Feb, most parts in Jammu region are likely to receive light to moderate rain showers, with possibility of snowfall in higher reaches.
Except at a few places (where light rain/snow is possible), mostly dry weather is expected on Friday.
Light to moderate snowfall can also occur in some areas of Ladakh UT, particularly in Kargil district, during tonight and between 02 Feb afternoon and 05 Feb.
