The newly appointed Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta on Thursday said that he will leave no stone unturned to work for the welfare of the people.

In his first tweet after being appointed as Chief Secretary, Mehta as per the news agency— said that it is an honour for him to serve as Chief Secretary of J&K.
