234 new COVID positive cases reported in J&K, tally moves to 120527

Jammu and Kashmir today reported 234 fresh positive cases of COVID and 04 new deaths, taking the total tally cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 120527.

These cases include 103 from Jammu division and 131 from the Kashmir valley, as per the details provided in media bulletin by DIPR.
The details mentioned that Two more COVID patients died in Kashmir valley while Two from Jammu also died taking the death toll to 1879 in Jammu and Kashmir.

Dividing the cases district wise, it mentioned that 69 cases were reported from Srinagar, 06 from Baramulla, 15 from Budgam, 04 from Kupwara 21 from Pulwama, 05 from Anantnag while Bandipora reported 03, Ganderbal 03, Kulgam 01, Shopian 04, Jammu 65, Udhampur 05, Rajouri 05, Doda 03, Kathua 11, Samba 03, Poonch 03, Ramban 07 and Reasi 01.

Moreover, they said, 299 patients were discharged from from various hospitals including 159 from Jammu division and 140 from Kashmir division.
